Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Designer with a strong visual focus to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces across various platforms, including mobile, web, and H5 pages. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our products while ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for product UI design and visual elements, including mobile, web, and H5 pages
- Deeply understand business goals and conduct comprehensive analysis based on data, competitors, and user research to develop benchmark design solutions
- Lead and develop UI specifications and interaction design principles
- Control UI design details, component consistency, and review work to ensure high-quality output
- Stay updated with current design styles and trends, maintaining a complete design system and methodology
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, R&D personnel, and other stakeholders
- Demonstrate good cross-departmental communication skills, initiative, and self-motivation
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in UED interaction design with a strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills
- Comprehensive understanding of design systems and methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze data and user research to inform design decisions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
