Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Deeply understand the needs and usage habits of blockchain users, analyze user behavior and feedback, collaborate with product managers, and clarify design requirements and goals
• Design and optimize the web interface of blockchain products to ensure that the design scheme is intuitive, concise, and aesthetically pleasing
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the accurate implementation of the design plan and provide support and feedback during the development process
• Responsible for the design of visual elements such as icons, buttons, backgrounds, animations, etc., to enhance the overall visual effect
• Create and maintain a design resource library, and ensure the unified and efficient use of design resources

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in blockchain or fintech products
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency user behavior
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Portfolio demonstrating clean, user-friendly interface designs for web applications
• Ability to create and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Experience with motion design and interactive prototypes is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Understanding of responsive design principles
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing
