Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement user interfaces for mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve existing designs
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience with mobile applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills and interaction design expertise
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Solid understanding of mobile design patterns and platform-specific guidelines
• Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Principle, or ProtoPie
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate design rationale
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
• Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
