Job Description
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Interaction Designer with a strong background in mobile application design. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement user interfaces for mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve existing designs
- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience with mobile applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills and interaction design expertise
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of mobile design patterns and platform-specific guidelines
- Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Principle, or ProtoPie
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
- Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
