Job Description
We are seeking a creative and innovative Product Designer to join HireWeb3 and shape the future of web3 job discovery. This role involves end-to-end design ownership, from conceptualizing user experiences to crafting visual interfaces, conducting user research, and defining brand identity. As a key member of our founding team, you will collaborate closely with CEO Val and CTO Aryan to develop solutions that simplify and enhance the process of finding web3 opportunities. Your work will directly impact the platform's usability, aesthetics, and overall user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for HireWeb3's core product, including UX/UI development, user research, and brand strategy
- Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity design mockups for new features and platform improvements
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing to gather insights and prioritize design decisions
- Collaborate with engineering team to translate design concepts into functional web3 applications
- Develop design systems and style guides to maintain consistency across the platform
- Stay updated with emerging trends in web3 design and apply them to improve user engagement
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Design and implement onboarding flows for both users and partners
- Optimize existing design elements for better performance and accessibility
- Contribute to the creation of design documentation and collaboration tools
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a product designer in the web3 or blockchain space
- Expertise in UX/UI design principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of user research techniques and analytics
- Ability to create both low-fidelity and high-fidelity design prototypes
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with agile development workflows and design sprints
- Knowledge of web3 technologies and their design implications
- Portfolio showcasing design work in crypto/web3 projects
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Experience with design systems and component-based architecture
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to user-centered design
- Ability to iterate quickly based on user feedback and stakeholder input
- Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Knowledge of branding strategies for tech startups
