Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for user acquisition, engagement, retention, conversion, and user education of Telegram Mini App products, achieving user growth and business growth goals through refined operations.
• Purposefully organize and manage user groups to increase user stickiness, contribution, and loyalty.
• Design targeted marketing promotion activities to enhance user motivation and participation.
• Develop promotional plans aligned with product needs and business objectives.
• Participate in community operations, organizing user feedback and public opinion formation data.
• Analyze user core demands to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in user growth, engagement, or community management, preferably in a digital product or app environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user data and feedback to drive decision-making.
• Experience in designing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with user communities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
• Familiarity with Telegram Mini Apps or similar platforms is a plus.
