Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Web3 Community Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This position is ideal for individuals looking for internship opportunities with the potential for long-term collaboration. As a Web3 Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing our online community, fostering engagement, and promoting our brand within the Web3 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to grow our Web3 community
- Moderate and manage community discussions across various platforms (Discord, Telegram, Twitter, etc.)
- Create compelling content to educate and inform community members about our projects
- Organize and host online events, AMAs, and other community initiatives
- Gather community feedback and communicate insights to the development team
- Monitor and report on community metrics and growth
- Stay updated on Web3 trends and share relevant information with the community
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency ecosystems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Prior experience in community management or social media management preferred
- Active presence in Web3 communities with established networks
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for decentralized technologies and community building
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive monthly salary of approximately 7500 RMB, with potential for dynamic adjustment based on workload and responsibilities. While this is initially a part-time role, we prioritize long-term cooperation and there may be opportunities for increased responsibilities and compensation as our community grows. As a remote position, you'll enjoy flexible working hours and the opportunity to collaborate with a global team of Web3 enthusiasts.
