Job Description
As a DeFi Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic growth of Upshot within the Web3 ecosystem. This position focuses on building and maintaining relationships with industry leaders, fostering innovation through collaborative initiatives, and driving adoption of Upshot's solutions across global markets. You will act as a bridge between Upshot's vision and its stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives while delivering exceptional value.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to architect and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in Web3 verticals, including blockchain protocols, decentralized exchanges, and NFT platforms.
  • Craft persuasive narratives that articulate Upshot's transformative offerings, effectively communicating its value proposition to diverse audiences such as investors, developers, and institutional clients.
  • Pioneer industry adoption by leading partnerships with trailblazing AI and DeFi teams globally, positioning Upshot as a benchmark for innovation and standard-setting in the sector.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including MarComm, Product, Engineering, and Research, to ensure a frictionless onboarding experience that exceeds user expectations.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to maintain meticulously organized, real-time, and precise records of sales information, activity reports, and partnership metrics.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in DeFi or Web3 industry, with a strong track record of building strategic partnerships and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to articulate complex concepts and secure commitments from high-profile stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized finance ecosystems to identify synergistic opportunities.
