Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Developer Relations professional to drive engagement and adoption of Upshot's API and products within the developer community. This role will focus on creating compelling content, managing communication channels, and fostering relationships to grow our technical user base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategy to increase the number of developers who regularly interact with and build on the Upshot API and other Upshot products
- Oversee all developer content marketing, including blog posts, web copy, email marketing, newsletters, events, and podcasts
- Manage the developer journey from website to documentation to tools
- Create inspiring product demos, tutorials, and other videos for events and web marketing
- Manage and enhance developer communications channels such as Slack, Discord, Discourse, Stackoverflow, and Reddit
- Capture, analyze, and share relevant developer insights with the product and engineering teams
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to launch new services, features, and enhancements through the developer community
- Diversify and improve new ways to serve the Upshot technical community
