Job Description
Position: AI Agent Platform Intern
Join the product development and capability building of an enterprise-level AI Agent management platform. Participate in the design, construction, and optimization of AI Workflow / Agent Workflow. Contribute to the development of Agent cloud platform features, including Agent creation, configuration, deployment, operation, and management. Build and debug AI Agents for various business scenarios, exploring their practical applications within enterprises. Engage in the integration and testing of capabilities such as LLM, RAG, Tools, MCP, knowledge bases, and APIs. Assist in optimizing Agent prompts, workflows, stability, and execution performance. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI Agents, LLMs, and related open-source projects and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the R&D of enterprise AI Agent management platform
- Design, build and optimize AI/Agent Workflows
- Develop Agent cloud platform features (creation, configuration, deployment, management)
- Implement and debug AI Agents for various business use cases
- Integrate and test LLM, RAG, Tools, MCP and other capabilities
- Optimize Agent prompts, workflows and execution performance
- Research latest AI Agent/LLM technologies and open-source projects
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science or related fields
- Strong interest in AI Agents, LLMs and AI Workflows (hands-on experience preferred)
- Proficient in at least one programming language: Python/JavaScript/TypeScript
- Understanding of LLM APIs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Function/Tool Calling concepts
- Experience with Agent/Workflow tools (Dify, Coze, LangChain, n8n, OpenAI Agents SDK) is a plus
- Prior experience building AI Agents, automated workflows or AI applications preferred
- Fast learner with good communication and problem-solving skills
Internship Details
- Location: Singapore
- Minimum 3 days per week availability
- Preferred duration: 3+ months
- Potential for long-term internship or full-time conversion
