Position: Enterprise AI Agent Platform Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Enterprise AI Agent Platform Engineer to design, develop, and continuously optimize our enterprise-level AI Agent management platform. This role involves building AI Workflow/Agent Workflow capabilities, including workflow orchestration, task execution, state management, and exception handling. You will contribute to the development of our Agent cloud platform, enabling the creation, configuration, deployment, operation, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI Agents.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing AI Agents tailored to enterprise business scenarios, driving their adoption in customer service, operations, data analysis, and R&D collaboration. You will integrate and platformize capabilities such as LLM, RAG, knowledge bases, Tools, MCP, and APIs. Additionally, you will optimize Agent prompts, context management, tool invocation, execution stability, and operational efficiency.
The role requires staying updated with the latest advancements in Agents, LLMs, and open-source frameworks to facilitate rapid adoption of new technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-level AI Agent management platforms
- Build and enhance AI Workflow/Agent Workflow capabilities
- Participate in Agent cloud platform development for full lifecycle management
- Implement AI Agents for various business scenarios (customer service, operations, etc.)
- Integrate LLM, RAG, knowledge bases, Tools, MCP, and API capabilities
- Optimize Agent performance including prompts, context management, and tool invocation
- Research and implement new Agent and LLM technologies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related fields
- 2+ years of software development experience, preferably with AI applications, Agents, or LLM projects
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with LLM APIs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embedding, and Function/Tool Calling
- Understanding of Agent workflows, task orchestration, context management, and multi-Agent collaboration
- Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Dify, Coze, or n8n is a plus
- Knowledge of MCP, vector databases, knowledge bases, model gateways, and API integration preferred
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, low-code platforms, or Workflow products is advantageous
- Strong learning ability, engineering skills, and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building Agent platforms or Agent Builders from scratch
- Familiarity with multi-Agent collaboration, Memory, Planning, and Evaluation
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, cloud services, and AI application deployment
- Background in AI Coding, enterprise automation, intelligent customer service, or data Agents
