Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI algorithms and machine learning models
• Conduct quantitative training and user behavior analysis
• Build, train, and optimize machine learning models efficiently
• Optimize neural network model compilers for improved performance
• Analyze and understand various model structures including CNN, RNN, and Transformer

Job Requirements

• Proficient in commonly used data structures, AI algorithms, and design patterns
• Strong expertise in quantitative training, machine learning, user profiling, and user behavior feature profiling
• Experience with commonly used machine learning and AI algorithm frameworks
• Familiarity with optimizing neural network model compilers
• Deep understanding of model structures such as CNN, RNN, Transformer, etc.
• Ability to evaluate and select appropriate algorithms based on their advantages, disadvantages, and applicable scenarios
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• Experience with large-scale machine learning systems
• Publications in relevant AI/ML conferences or journals
• Experience with cloud-based AI services and platforms
