Job Description
As a CESS Ambassador, you will play a key role in assisting in driving the development of CESS's decentralized cloud storage network. This position offers opportunities to engage with multiple teams, including community groups, technical groups, and content groups, to contribute to the growth and sustainability of the CESS ecosystem. Your responsibilities will be tailored to the team you join, but will generally involve promoting the platform, supporting technical initiatives, and creating engaging content to educate and attract users.
Key Responsibilities
Community Group
- Actively participate in maintaining community order and fostering a positive environment for CESS users.
- Share the latest CESS news, updates, and developments with the community through regular communication.
- Answer user questions and provide support to address concerns or issues related to the platform.
- Organize and coordinate online and offline events, workshops, and meetups within the community and ecosystem.
- Ensure the community is well-represented in your native language and potentially become a regional CESS ambassador to expand local outreach.
- Actively promote CESS in other communities, collaborate with influencers, and attract new users to join the network.
Technical Team
- Collaborate with the core technical team to test, debug, and improve CESS's codebase and infrastructure.
- Maintain and manage the CESS technology community, including active participation in WeChat, Telegram, and Discord groups.
- Provide training and guidance to new CESS miners, ensuring they understand the platform's technical requirements and best practices.
- Support the development of technical documentation, tutorials, and resources for the CESS ecosystem.
- Monitor and report technical issues, bugs, or vulnerabilities to the development team for prompt resolution.
Content Group
- Create and produce high-quality multimedia content such as articles, images, and videos to showcase CESS's features and value proposition.
- Ensure all content accurately reflects CESS's core mechanisms, including decentralized storage, data security, and blockchain integration.
- Share content across your personal social media platforms to increase visibility and engagement with the CESS community.
- Develop and maintain multilingual content for the CESS Wiki, localization of network assets, and other educational materials.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging material for social media, forums, and other digital channels.
- Contribute to the creation of visual assets, such as infographics and promotional materials, to enhance the platform's public image.
Job Requirements
- Strong passion for decentralized technologies and blockchain ecosystems, with a deep understanding of CESS's mission and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences and represent CESS professionally.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language to support global outreach and localization efforts.
- Experience in community management, content creation, or technical support, with a proven track record of collaboration and initiative.
- Proficiency in multimedia tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing software) for creating visual and written content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to different roles and responsibilities within the CESS ecosystem.
- Basic understanding of cloud storage concepts and blockchain technology, with a willingness to learn and contribute to technical development.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, such as event planning, content scheduling, and community engagement activities.
- Commitment to promoting CESS's values of decentralization, data privacy, and open-source collaboration.
- Availability to participate in regular meetings, training sessions, and community events to support the growth of the CESS network.
