We are seeking a talented and experienced Event Planning Specialist to join our Depin Track Public Chain Project team. This role will be responsible for organizing and executing high-profile recruitment events to attract top talent to our innovative blockchain project.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of recruitment events from conception to completion
- Develop event concepts and themes aligned with our blockchain project's vision
- Coordinate with marketing and HR teams to create compelling event materials
- Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, and technical requirements
- Oversee event promotion through various channels to maximize attendance
- Analyze event performance metrics and provide post-event reports
- Build relationships with potential candidates and industry partners during events
- Ensure all events comply with company branding and messaging guidelines
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in event planning, preferably in tech or blockchain industry
- Proven track record of organizing successful recruitment or networking events
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency ecosystem preferred
- Creative thinker with problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for events as needed
