Job Description
Eden is seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Ambassador to take ownership of our official community channels. This role will be responsible for driving the development, engagement, and growth of our online communities across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the development of Eden's official community channels
- Establish, sustain, and grow active chat channels on Discord
- Moderate and administer English-language Telegram and Discord groups
- Foster positive community engagement and maintain healthy discussions
- Develop and implement community growth strategies
- Serve as the bridge between the community and the Eden team
- Monitor community feedback and report insights to relevant teams
- Organize and facilitate community events and initiatives
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in moderating and administrating English Telegram and Discord groups
- Strong understanding of community management best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to foster positive community interactions and resolve conflicts
- Passion for building and nurturing online communities
- Familiarity with community analytics and growth metrics
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to accommodate different time zones when needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the blockchain/crypto industry
- Background in customer support or community relations
- Knowledge of additional languages besides English
- Experience with community management tools and platforms
