We are seeking a meticulous, professional, and multilingual Life Assistant/Personal Assistant to support the employer's daily life, work, and business arrangements in Malaysia. The role involves comprehensive assistance to ensure smooth operations in both personal and professional spheres.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily schedule management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements (flights, hotels, etc.)
- Household and lifestyle management (shopping, meal arrangements, domestic staff coordination)
- Assistance with local banking, administrative, property, and lifestyle service matters
- Translation and communication in Chinese, English, and Malay (written and spoken)
- Utilization of AI tools to enhance productivity (e.g., ChatGPT, Grok, automation scripts, document processing)
- Ad-hoc personal and business support as required by the employer
Job Requirements
- Language proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese, English, and Malay (both written and spoken)
- AI literacy: Practical experience with AI tools for writing, translation, data organization, scheduling, etc.
- Local Malaysia living experience or willingness to adapt quickly to the local environment
- Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, with strong problem-solving skills and stress tolerance
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with high standards of privacy and work ethics
- Malaysia Employment Pass (EP) holder or candidates who can assist with the application process preferred
