- Deep understanding of Web3 engagement mechanisms and proven experience in Web3 operations
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
- Proficiency in AI tools, especially codeX/claude code, with practical application experience
- Demonstrable track record of successful operational achievements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience navigating both bull and bear markets with a degen mentality
- Comprehensive knowledge of DeFi, NFT ecosystems, and innovative Web3 applications
