Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Galaxy’s various business lines (e.g. trading, asset management, mining, etc.)
- Update and maintain various daily, weekly, and quarterly P&L reporting streams
- Update and maintain FP&A models and reconciliations vs. other data sources
- Leverage Python and SQL to support model development, build data pipelines, and automate workflows
- Assist with projects translating Excel and Python-based models into automation requirements
- Work with business units and FP&A team members to model new business requirements
- Provide ad-hoc analyses
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with financial models, business intelligence tools (Python, SQL, Excel, etc.), projections, and their mechanics
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets
- Understanding of various asset classes (FX, futures, options, etc.) and financial statements
- Intellectually curious self-starter, comfortable in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong appetite for problem-solving
- Team player with excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency
- Experience working at a high-growth startup or tech company

Salary Range
The base salary range for this position is $130,000—$170,000 USD, commensurate with experience, expertise, and local market conditions.
