Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Galaxy’s global institutional sales and trading team to own and grow relationships
- Deliver Galaxy’s crypto product suite to AMER-based institutions
- Own deal origination and execution to increase volumes across products
- Collaborate on cross-functional partnership initiatives spanning product, finance, comms, compliance, legal and marketing
- Manage all elements of the customer life cycle from scoping opportunities to optimizing customer experience
- Maintain healthy client relationships and resolve business, policy and technical issues
- Understand regional market and crypto-specific market microstructure
Job Requirements
- Crypto experience strongly preferred, in either personal or professional capacity
- Options trading experience is required
- 3+ years experience in crypto markets (CeFi or DeFi) or FICC/equities with strong derivatives understanding
- Experience developing and managing customer relationships
- Solutions-oriented approach
- Bachelor’s degree
- Office-first (NYC) mindset with remote flexibility

- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic instincts and sound judgment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Business development, product or growth experience is a plus

- Competitive base salary ($135,000—$160,000 USD) and discretionary bonus
