Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Blockchain Data Engineer. This role focuses on integrating and processing blockchain data to support various business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- New Chain Integration: Responsible for integrating new EVM chains and Solana ecosystems, including node integration, block and log collection, data parsing, and establishing downstream data pipelines to deliver complete datasets for business consumption.
- DEX/Launchpad Parsing: Handle protocol parsing for new DEX and token launch platforms, covering AMM (V2/V3/V4 Hook), Bonding Curve, and various protocol forks. Accurately model liquidity pool discovery, fee structures, issuance phases, and transaction attribution.
- Data Quality & Stability: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of collected data. Establish data validation and anomaly monitoring mechanisms to identify and resolve parsing deviations. Manage availability issues in collection pipelines, including block reorganizations, node anomalies, rate limiting, and consumption backlogs. Build data service capabilities for business scenarios like wallets, trading, risk control, asset analysis, and DeFi analytics.
- Technical Advancement: Stay updated with on-chain protocol and ecosystem developments, quickly incorporating new protocol forms into collection capabilities. Optimize system architecture and abstract designs to improve efficiency in integrating new chains and protocols.
Job Requirements
- Backend Development: 3+ years of Java server-side development experience with expertise in designing and implementing high-concurrency data processing systems. Familiarity with distributed message queues, relational databases, caching, and NoSQL storage in production environments.
- Blockchain Fundamentals: Strong understanding of blockchain principles and on-chain protocols. Proficient in on-chain data parsing, transaction structures, event logs, and ABI encoding/decoding. Experience with block synchronization, transaction parsing, contract event parsing, address asset statistics, and Token/NFT data processing.
- DEX/Launchpad Knowledge: Deep familiarity with mainstream DEX protocols (e.g., Uniswap V2/V3/V4 and their forks) and Launchpad mechanisms (e.g., Bonding Curve token issuance platforms).
- Problem-Solving & Data Awareness: Systematic approach to troubleshooting and rigorous data validation mindset. Ability to confirm conclusions through controlled experiments rather than relying on assumptions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant Experience: Prior work in DeFi, DEX, blockchain explorers, on-chain risk control, or asset analysis platforms. Experience with high-TPS chain data processing, mass address asset calculations, real-time balance updates, or transaction risk identification.
- AI-Native Engineering: Proficiency with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) for development and debugging. Ability to document reusable processes and domain knowledge to enhance team efficiency.
- Solana Expertise: Hands-on experience with Solana on-chain data processing, including its account model and instruction parsing mechanisms.
- Solidity Proficiency: Ability to read Solidity code and analyze contract behavior from bytecode and on-chain transactions without documentation or ABI.
Benefits
Details will be discussed during the interview process.
