Job Description
We're looking for a Back-End Engineer to drive the core development of tLedger and tPay product and build the foundation for T54 Labs' AI-native financial infrastructure. You'll play a key role in architecting, implementing, and scaling blockchain-based financial solutions. We are building something entirely new—no company has ever developed an agent-native payment infrastructure like tLedger before. You will report directly to a co-founder came from Ripple and JP Morgan blockchain team and work on smart contract development, API architecture, and blockchain integration to power seamless financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Development & Implementation – Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems to support tLedger, tRadar, and tPay
- Blockchain Integration – Develop smart contracts and integrate blockchain-based payment functionalities for secure and decentralized transactions
- System Architecture & Infrastructure – Optimize backend infrastructure for high-volume transactions and Web3 applications
- Compliance & Risk Management – Implement security protocols, fraud detection tools, and KYC verification for AI-driven payments
- API Development & Integration – Build and maintain developer-friendly, scalable APIs for partners integrating with T54's financial ecosystem
- Testing & Optimization – Ensure high performance, security, and reliability through automated testing and continuous optimization
- Research & Innovation – Stay ahead of Web3, blockchain, and AI payment trends to enhance T54's competitive edge
Job Requirements
- Strong experience in backend development and system architecture
- Proficiency in blockchain technology and smart contract development
- Expertise in API design and integration
- Knowledge of financial systems and payment infrastructure
- Experience with security protocols and compliance requirements
