Job Overview
We're looking for a Front-End Engineer to independently drive the core front-end development of T54 Labs' product suite. You're not just an executor—you'll have the opportunity to lead and contribute to T54's broader product strategy. We're building something entirely new—no company has ever launched an agent-friendly UI for payments before. You will report directly to a co-founder and play a key role in making it happen. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of T54's front-end interfaces
- Architect and develop Web3 front-end applications, integrating smart contracts and blockchain transactions with seamless user experiences
- Work closely with product and design teams to improve UI/UX for AI-powered financial products
- Research and implement cutting-edge front-end technologies to enhance performance, scalability, and security
- Participate in project planning, estimate development cycles, and identify risk factors
- Collaborate cross-functionally with backend engineers, product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products
- Ensure modular, reusable, and maintainable code by adopting best practices in component-based architecture
- Optimize front-end performance, including resource loading, network efficiency, and user experience on Web3 applications
- Stay up to date with the latest Web3, blockchain, and AI integration technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional front-end development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
- Experience with Web3 technologies (Ethereum, smart contracts, wallets)
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
- Familiarity with blockchain concepts and decentralized applications
- Experience with performance optimization and debugging tools
- Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Passion for Web3, AI, and financial technology innovation
