Job Description
The To B Intern will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of S2B2C product services for the exchange platform, contributing to business growth and operational efficiency. This role involves hands-on experience in product development and system design within a dynamic fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the construction of S2B2C product services to empower business growth
- Develop user acquisition and operational growth products for B2B clients
- Conduct system analysis and design for business projects, leading detailed design and coding tasks
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (current students or recent graduates preferred)
- Prior internship experience in exchange/agency/brokerage B2B business development is advantageous
- Proficient in Java with strong fundamentals in concurrency, security, IO, collections, generics, reflection, and proxies
- Understanding of JVM principles and experience with Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Mybatis frameworks
- Knowledge of distributed system design, caching mechanisms, and messaging systems
- Experience with gRPC, Redis, Kafka, MySQL, Nacos or similar technologies

- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Fluency in both English and Chinese
Eligibility
This position is open to current university students or recent graduates (within 1-2 years). Candidates should be available for full-time internship commitments with potential for conversion to full-time employment.
