Job Description
The Unified Ticket Intern will be responsible for participating in the development of ticket platform workflows, collaborating with business lines to deliver technical solutions and code implementation. This role involves contributing to the capability building of the unified ticket platform while undertaking some frontend development tasks. Additionally, the intern will engage in system performance optimization to enhance stability and address various technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of ticket platform workflows, working closely with business teams to design technical solutions and write code

- Engage in system performance optimization to improve stability and solve technical challenges
Job Requirements
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Java; knowledge of frontend technologies is a plus
- Project Experience: Preference given to candidates with workflow-related project experience, understanding of common workflow engines or workflow design, and basic knowledge of database sharding; experience with common frontend frameworks is advantageous
- Personal Skills: Strong communication abilities, self-driven research capabilities, and experience studying open-source project implementations
Candidate Profile
- Current university students or recent graduates (within 1-2 years)
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
