Job Description
This position is responsible for overseeing the operational and strategic execution of farm/syrup pool and IFO (Initial Farm Offerings) initiatives within the PancakeSwap ecosystem. The role requires proactive coordination with external partners, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure the health and sustainability of farming pools, syrup channels, and IFO programs. Key responsibilities include evaluating project proposals, conducting thorough due diligence, and facilitating collaboration opportunities across departments. The candidate will also drive the implementation of best practices to enhance cross-functional efficiency and contribute to the development of innovative business strategies in the blockchain and DeFi space. This role will focus on optimizing liquidity management, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks to support the long-term growth of PancakeSwap's decentralized finance offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination of partnerships to maintain optimal performance of farms/syrup pools and IFO channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and risk management protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on projects seeking access to farming pools, syrup channels, and IFO programs, including financial analysis, technical evaluation, and compliance checks.
- Act as a liaison between project teams and the business development department to identify and pursue strategic collaboration opportunities, fostering synergies across the organization.
- Execute operational tasks related to PancakeSwap products, such as monitoring liquidity, optimizing yield generation, and managing token distribution mechanisms.
- Develop and implement standardized best practices to streamline workflows between the business development team and the broader PancakeSwap ecosystem, enhancing cross-departmental coordination.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in blockchain technology and encryption protocols, leveraging this knowledge to explore new business lines and innovation opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all farming and IFO activities adhere to regulatory frameworks and platform guidelines.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on strategic priorities, resolve operational challenges, and share insights on market trends.
- Monitor and analyze market dynamics to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks impacting the farming/syrup pool and IFO landscape.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in blockchain ecosystems, with a strong understanding of farming pools, syrup channels, and IFO mechanisms.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate project proposals, conduct due diligence, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage timelines, and ensure successful execution.
- Knowledge of DeFi protocols, token economics, and smart contract development to support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Ability to interpret complex technical documentation and communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure transparency in all operations.
- Experience in regulatory compliance and risk management within the crypto industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred for global collaboration.
