Job Description
PancakeSwap is seeking one or up to two Community Translators to join our team. The selected ambassadors will be responsible for providing high-quality translations to support our global community. This role ensures that PancakeSwap's content is accessible to non-English speaking users by translating materials into various target languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate PancakeSwap content into the assigned target language(s) as quickly as possible
- Maintain translation quality and consistency with PancakeSwap's brand voice
- Collaborate with the PancakeSwap team through provided communication channels
- Potentially continue existing translation work if selected to replace current translators
- Be open to evaluation from both PancakeSwap and the broader community
Job Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Chinese (Simplified), French, Georgian, Bengali, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Banya, Turkish, Vietnamese
- Fluency in English to understand source materials
- Ability to work quickly and meet tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain terminology
- Previous translation experience preferred
- Familiarity with PancakeSwap platform is a plus
