This role is responsible for driving brand awareness and business growth through strategic partnerships in the local market. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish relationships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, projects, and potential partners to promote the company and achieve user growth and transaction volume growth.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs and marketing channels to ensure consistent collaboration and mutual benefits.
- Execute influencer marketing strategies, including campaign planning, content creation, and execution, while tracking and analyzing channel performance metrics to optimize results.
- Conduct in-depth research on local industry development trends, competitor movements, and market opportunities to inform strategic decisions and action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure cohesive execution.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing campaign performance, ROI analysis, and market insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform algorithms to adapt strategies and maintain competitiveness.
- Identify and implement innovative approaches to enhance brand engagement and user acquisition in the local market.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably with 3+ years in brand promotion and partnership development.
- Excellent understanding of local market dynamics, consumer behavior, and digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media, content marketing tools).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for strategy optimization.
