Key Responsibilities

• Globally identify, expand, and maintain relationships with potential business partners, including institutions, KOLs, communities, investors, etc.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive user growth and increase market share for the platform.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis, track industry trends and dynamics to support the company's strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate internal team resources, collaborate with product, technology, and marketing teams to facilitate the smooth implementation of business cooperation projects.
• Participate in business negotiations and contract signing processes to ensure that collaboration agreements align with company interests and strategic objectives.
• Regularly report on business development progress and performance indicators, provide key data and insights to support decision-making and execution.
• Possess extensive knowledge of most platforms, projects, market trends, and industry media in the blockchain field, with a rich network and channel resources.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role within the blockchain or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, market trends, and key players in the industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
