Job Description:
1. Channel Expansion and Signing
- Establish target lists and segmentation (top KOLs, communities, traffic studios, Brokers/IBs) to consistently generate a stable pipeline.
2. Deal Design and Business Negotiation
- Design and iterate collaboration models: CPA/CPFTD, Revenue Share, Hybrid, tiered rebates (based on trading volume/net deposits/retention), with clear risk control terms (fraud, volume inflation, abnormal traffic handling).
3. Partner Operations and Growth
- Support the development of partner operation mechanisms: monthly campaigns, content scheduling, material and landing page support, events/AMA/live broadcasts/offline meetups.
4. Data-Driven Analysis and Review
- Track core metrics: FTD/deposits, trading volume, NGR/net revenue, CAC, ROI, retention, channel quality; produce weekly/monthly reports and optimization suggestions.
5. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with marketing/brand/content, product, legal/compliance, financial settlement, and customer service operations.
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in BD/channel growth/Affiliate/KOL collaboration (preferably in exchanges, brokers/CFDs, fintech, traffic alliances/MCNs, or trading community ecosystems).
- Verifiable achievements: signed KOLs/communities/IBs, with clear evidence of driving active users, net deposits, trading volume, or revenue.
- Familiarity with collaboration models and metrics: CPA/RevShare/Hybrid, LTV/CAC, funnel and retention; basic understanding of attribution and tracking.
- Strong negotiation and contract awareness: capable of drafting Term Sheets and converting "budget discussions" into "results-driven agreements."
- Results-driven, resilient, willing to attend offline events/conferences for expansion; working proficiency in English (critical for cross-regional partnerships).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing Broker Programs or high-quality Affiliate networks (common in trading/gambling/fintech).
- Knowledge of common fraud tactics and anti-fraud measures (e.g., fake traffic, arbitrage accounts, low-quality ad traffic).
- Regional resources (LATAM/EMEA/SEA/CIS) and local language proficiency.
