Kapibala AI is assembling a like-minded startup team focused on Sales AGI—a commercial intelligence agent covering the entire sales process from lead generation, outreach, negotiation, closing deals, to delivery. Unlike most AI startups, we collaborate with domestic and international universities, integrating production and research to develop a proprietary model matrix for the sales domain. Our products are already live and in paid beta testing. We target blue-ocean markets in Latin America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Japan, and Korea. With $10 million in Pre-Seed funding secured, we are part of the Anthropic Partner Program and certified by Google for Startups. We are seeking a versatile sales professional to introduce Kapibala's AI Agent to high-quality clients. Your role isn't just "selling a product" but leveraging genuine insights into client operations to implement AI Agent as a viable sales solution, guiding the entire process from communication to collaboration. You will be responsible for: 1. AI Sales Agent Product Understanding & Value Translation: Master the capabilities of AI Agents in sales scenarios, clarifying their potential in lead generation, outreach, negotiation, closing, community management, and private domain retention. 2. Client Acquisition & Retention: Oversee the entire process from branding, video editing, channel投放, community management to contract signing and client maintenance. Utilize the company’s lead pool and partner channels for conversion. 3. Client Referral & Expansion: Leverage successful case studies for industry outreach and口碑沉淀,放大单点突破 into broader market penetration through referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding and articulation of AI Agent’s value proposition in sales workflows.
- End-to-end management of client relationships, from initial接触 to long-term retention.
