Job Description
This position focuses on driving sales and promotional activities for digital currency products and services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, and expanding the customer base through targeted outreach and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative marketing campaigns and product positioning strategies

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the fintech or cryptocurrency industry (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent understanding of digital currency market dynamics, including blockchain technology and cryptocurrency trading mechanisms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and develop actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to build trust with clients and partners
- Proficiency in creating and managing sales pipelines, including lead generation and conversion strategies
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Fluency in English with additional language skills preferred (Chinese, Japanese, Korean)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business development meetings
