Job Description
This role focuses on the strategic development and management of both Chinese community engagement and global developer relations. The candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a vibrant online presence through platforms such as Discord, Telegram (TG), and WeChat, while also driving the growth of the developer community through targeted marketing initiatives. The position requires a deep understanding of community dynamics, user behavior, and market trends within the Web3.0 ecosystem to ensure effective community operations and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the Chinese community by leveraging operational channels like Discord, Telegram, and WeChat to foster user interaction and engagement.
- Develop a comprehensive framework and operational mechanisms for the Chinese community, including activity planning, content curation, and user retention strategies.
- Design and execute original community activities to activate user participation, guide attention towards key initiatives, and encourage organic self-dissemination within the community.
- Plan and coordinate global marketing campaigns for the developer community to enhance goodwill, increase user activity, and promote the development of developer users.
- Build and maintain relationships with Web3.0 ecosystem projects, communities, universities, and other stakeholders to expand collaboration opportunities.
- Track and analyze user data, market trends, and community performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize operational plans.
- Continuously refine community strategies and activity schedules based on data insights and evolving market conditions to ensure sustainable growth.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management, preferably with a focus on Web3.0 or blockchain ecosystems, and a strong track record in driving user engagement across digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse audiences and stakeholders in both Chinese and English contexts.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret user data, market trends, and community performance metrics, and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in using community management tools (e.g., Discord, Telegram, WeChat) and data analysis software (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel) for operational tracking and reporting.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing plans that align with business objectives, including cross-promotion with Web3.0 projects and academic institutions.
- Knowledge of Web3.0 technologies, decentralized systems, and blockchain concepts to effectively engage with the developer community.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and initiative-taking abilities to guide community growth, foster collaboration, and drive innovation in user engagement strategies.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, with the capability to communicate effectively in both languages for community management and stakeholder outreach.
