We are seeking a dynamic professional to develop and manage contract trading channels while driving regional sales growth. This role involves strategic partnership development, performance management, and customer relationship optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage contract trading channels to ensure the achievement of monthly performance targets
- Recruit agents, broker channels, and partners within the region, including key opinion leaders (KOLs), and complete performance evaluations
- Maintain customer relationships, explore user needs, and provide customized services to enhance satisfaction
- Analyze market trends, provide decision support, and expand regional sales channels for business growth
- Organize online and offline activities for target users in the regional market to enhance user engagement and brand awareness
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in channel development or sales management
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building partnerships
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to organize and execute marketing events
- Fluency in local language and business English preferred
