Job Description
As a key member of the business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and expanding new business opportunities and partnerships that align with EverVision's strategic goals. This role requires maintaining close contact with Arweave official and ecological projects to explore collaborative potential and deepen existing relationships. You will also need to establish and maintain strong relationships with potential partners and stakeholders both within and outside the Arweave ecosystem. Additionally, you will organize and coordinate team efforts to manage the entire business expansion workflow, ensuring seamless execution. Monitoring and predicting future industry trends is essential, as you will develop and manage business expansion channels to stay ahead of the competition. Finally, you will represent EverVision in industry events and conferences, showcasing the company's vision and building brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and expand new business opportunities and partnerships that align with EverVision's business objectives
- Maintain close contact with Arweave official and ecological projects, and seek ways to deepen cooperation
- Establish and maintain good relationships with potential partners and stakeholders within and outside the Arweave ecosystem
- Organize and coordinate team work, manage the entire business expansion workflow
- Monitor and predict future industry trends, and develop and manage business expansion channels
- Explore the practical implementation opportunities of Web3 solutions in traditional financial fields, especially in cross-border payment scenarios between banks
- Represent EverVision in industry events and conferences
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the blockchain or Web3 industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Strong analytical abilities to identify market trends and opportunities for business expansion
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate complex workflows
- Deep understanding of traditional financial systems and cross-border payment processes
- Knowledge of Web3 technologies and their applications in financial services
- Fluency in English and ability to represent the company professionally at industry events
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing business expansion activities
