Job Description
EverVision is a key player in the Arweave ecosystem, dedicated to advancing the development of PermaDA0, an ecological autonomous organization. The company actively contributes to the growth of the Arweave community by providing the open-source development toolkit Web3Infra, which simplifies ecological development processes and reduces entry barriers for developers. As a subsidiary of Arweave, Arweave SCP Ventures operates as an ecological fund co-established by Arweave official and EverVision. Its primary focus is on incubating and investing in promising projects within the Arweave ecosystem, aiming to foster innovation and sustainability. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Arweave org and top-tier ecological projects, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Conduct in-depth investment research on potential projects within the Arweave ecosystem, including market analysis, technical evaluation, and team assessment.
- Prepare comprehensive research reports and presentations to support investment decisions and provide strategic insights to stakeholders.
- Oversee post-investment communication, tracking project progress and maintaining relationships with portfolio companies to maximize returns.
- Travel to Europe and America to engage with key partners, attend industry events, and explore new opportunities for ecosystem expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate innovative projects, aligning them with Arweave's long-term vision and goals.
- Participate in hackathons and incubation programs to nurture emerging talent and accelerate project development within the ecosystem.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English communication and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and professionally.
- Proven experience in project incubation or hackathon management, demonstrating a track record of fostering innovation and growth.
- Strong self-driven personality, with the ability to work independently and take initiative in managing investment portfolios.
- Exceptional execution capabilities, ensuring timely delivery of projects and overcoming challenges to maintain momentum.
- Ability to navigate and adapt to dynamic environments, maintaining flexibility and resilience in the face of uncertainty.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and the Arweave ecosystem, with a focus on decentralized applications and data storage solutions.
- Experience in financial analysis and investment management, including risk assessment, valuation modeling, and portfolio diversification strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with founders, developers, and investors across the globe.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools and software for data visualization, market research, and project management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
