Job Description
This is a fully commission-based position offering competitive commission rates starting at 10%. The role focuses on driving sales growth in the Web3 space through strategic prospecting, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify target markets, segments, and key accounts for sales prioritization
  • Define sales objectives, goals, and Scenarios & Success Factors (OKRs) to track and measure progress
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including consulting and marketing to align sales strategies with business objectives
  • Actively prospect potential clients in the Web3 space through various channels
  • Implement effective prospecting strategies to generate leads and build a strong client pipeline
  • Leverage contacts and networks in Asia and the Americas to identify business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term satisfaction and retention
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet evolving client needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven track record in commission-based sales roles
  • Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and market landscape
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Established professional network in Asia and/or the Americas
  • Self-motivated with strong prospecting abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
