We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Contract Trading Business Development Manager. This role focuses on expanding and managing trading channels while driving business growth through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage contract trading business channels to ensure the achievement of monthly performance targets
- Recruit and manage regional agents, brokers, partners, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to meet performance metrics
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships by identifying user needs and providing customized service solutions
- Conduct market trend analysis to provide decision-making support and expand regional sales channels
- Organize and execute marketing activities for target users in regional markets to enhance user engagement and activity
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or channel management
- Strong network and experience in recruiting and managing agents/partners
- Excellent relationship management and customer service skills
- Analytical ability to interpret market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in organizing marketing events and user engagement activities
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred
- Self-motivated with strong target orientation and execution capability
