Job Description
Expand growth channels and partnership resources in English-speaking regions, including KOLs, communities, media outlets, ecosystem partners, and potential collaborators. Maintain and deepen long-term partnerships to drive resource integration and cross-channel growth collaboration. Track and analyze various promotion and partnership metrics (exposure, engagement, conversion, etc.), propose optimization strategies, and ensure execution. Collaborate with internal marketing, content, and project teams to align growth strategies with brand direction. Continuously monitor industry trends and market dynamics to proactively identify new growth opportunities and potential partnership networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage partnerships with KOLs, communities, media, and ecosystem players.
- Strengthen long-term relationships to enhance cross-channel collaboration.
- Analyze performance metrics (impressions, engagement, conversions) and implement optimizations.
- Work closely with marketing, content, and project teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify emerging opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing) with ability to independently communicate with overseas partners.
- Meet one of the following: IELTS 6.5+, TOEFL 95+, TEM-8, or 1+ year of overseas study/work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major); fresh graduates welcome.
- Experience in Web3/crypto/trading/overseas social media operations is a plus.
- Goal-driven with strong data sensitivity; proficient in Notion/spreadsheets for tracking ROI.
- Logical, direct communicator with persuasive skills; thrives in fast-paced multitasking environments.
