Job Description
We are seeking a Research Intern to join our team and contribute to on-chain research and market analysis. You will assist in tracking capital flows, conducting project research, organizing data, and analyzing market trends across key sectors including Perp DEX, RWA, Prediction Market, Memecoin, and DeFi.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking and organizing on-chain data, capital flows, trading volumes, and position structures to identify market shifts and trending opportunities
- Conduct research on key sectors and projects, producing concise analyses and periodic research reports
- Collect and synthesize market intelligence, core metrics, and community feedback to support research conclusions
- Participate in team research meetings, providing data-driven market observations and research perspectives
- Help build and maintain data dashboards, metric systems, and research templates
Job Requirements
- Strong interest in Web3/Crypto with understanding of major public chains and DeFi fundamentals
- Clear thinking and rigorous logic with independent analysis and information synthesis capabilities
- Proficient English reading skills to comprehend overseas research reports and on-chain data
- Familiarity with analytical tools like Dune and DefiLlama is preferred
- 6+ months trading or on-chain research experience is advantageous
- Highly responsible, fast-learning, self-motivated with ability to complete tasks independently
