Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic professional to expand and manage contract trading channels, enhance our exchange's contract trading business, and drive user growth and engagement. The ideal candidate will develop strategic partnerships, optimize trading functions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and manage contract trading channels through diversified market promotion strategies.
- Attract new users to register and participate in trading to promote platform user growth and activity.
- Develop agents and partners for the contract market, including recruitment and management of regional agents.
- Expand cooperation with contract KOLs and community leaders to increase market recognition and user base.
- Collaborate with the BD team to develop sales plans covering product knowledge, trading strategies, and marketing skills.
- Ensure efficient implementation of regional market promotion activities.
- Develop localization strategies for BD sales teams in different countries/regions and provide customized support.
- Promote institutional cooperation by developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, market makers, and quantitative trading teams.
- Enhance platform liquidity and trading volume by promoting contract trading among partners.
- Optimize contract trading functions by working closely with technical and product teams.
- Translate market feedback into product optimization suggestions to enhance trading experience.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in contract trading, business development, or market expansion.
- Strong understanding of contract trading strategies and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain partnerships.
- Ability to develop and execute localized market strategies.
- Experience working with KOLs, community leaders, and institutional investors.
- Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams, including BD, technical, and product teams.
- Analytical skills to translate market feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving business goals.

- Experience in the cryptocurrency or financial services industry.
