We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to join our team as a Partnership and Brand Development Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our brand's reach and influence through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, nurture, and strengthen partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and various channels
- Actively promote brand policies and marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness
- Identify and engage with new user groups to expand our customer base
- Increase brand visibility through innovative marketing strategies and partnership programs
- Assist in market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business growth objectives
- Monitor and report on partnership performance and marketing campaign effectiveness
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in partnership development, marketing, or brand management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate partnership performance
Preferred Qualifications
