Job Description
This role focuses on driving local market growth through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives. The primary objective is to enhance user acquisition and transaction volume by leveraging key stakeholders in the industry, including influencers, communities, and collaborative projects. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with marketing channels and KOLs to ensure sustained business development. Additionally, the position requires the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, continuous performance tracking, and data-driven adjustments to maximize return on investment (ROI). A critical component of the role involves monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and formulating actionable strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish relationships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, projects, and other potential partners to promote the company's development in the local market, with the goal of achieving user growth and transaction volume growth.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with KOLs and marketing channels to ensure consistent collaboration and mutual growth opportunities.
  • Execute and implement marketing strategies tailored to local market conditions, track channel cooperation results through data analysis, and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth research on local industry development trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to inform actionable plans and stay ahead of market changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, market insights, and ROI metrics to provide actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, market development, or partnership management, preferably in the local market context.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for marketing optimization.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities to engage with KOLs, communities, and marketing channels effectively.
  • Proficiency in understanding local market dynamics, cultural nuances, and consumer behavior to tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media analytics, CRM systems) for tracking and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Fluency in the local language and familiarity with regional market regulations to ensure compliance and effective outreach.
