Job Description
This position is responsible for driving business development initiatives in the English-speaking market, with a focus on expanding CEX's presence in North America and Europe. The role requires identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, online communities, and relevant projects to enhance brand visibility and user acquisition. As a core representative of CEX, the candidate will actively engage with marketing channels and stakeholders to establish long-term collaboration frameworks. The position also involves executing comprehensive KOL marketing strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI). Additionally, the role demands continuous market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior, enabling data-driven decision-making and proactive strategy adjustments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with local KOLs/influencers, communities, projects, and potential partners to promote CEX in the North America and Europe market and achieve user growth.
- Act as a representative of CEX to maintain and strengthen relationships with KOLs and marketing channels, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
- Execute and manage KOL marketing strategies, track channel cooperation results through data analysis tools, and make iterative adjustments to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor movements, and consumer behavior to develop actionable insights and strategy recommendations for business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in CEX's offerings.
- Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and future plans for market expansion.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, marketing, or similar roles with a focus on KOL partnerships and market expansion.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical abilities to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Fluency in English with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken formats for international collaboration.
