Position: BD Business Development Manager (CFD/Forex Focus)
Forex/Brokerage/CFD Business Development
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish contact with Introducing Brokers (IBs), brokers, and professional trading teams in the CFD and Forex sectors to introduce and promote our company's DEX platform and service advantages.
- Assist traditional financial clients in understanding Web3 trading mechanisms and benefits by providing professional onboarding guidance and transition solutions to lower operational barriers and facilitate successful partnerships.
- Manage daily follow-ups and services for cooperative channels, promptly addressing and resolving clients' core needs and inquiries to build long-term, stable business relationships.
- Collect and analyze market trends and policy changes in traditional Forex platforms and competitor activities to provide frontline market insights for optimizing existing business policies and IB profit-sharing structures.
- Track and document business conversion data and progress, conduct regular channel reviews and work reports, and assist the team in achieving set business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Experience in business development (BD), channel sales, or customer relationship management related to CFD, Forex platforms, or traditional brokerage derivatives.
- Familiarity with the commercial operations of the Forex and brokerage industry, including IB business models, basic trading processes, and mainstream commission/profit-sharing structures.
- Strong client development execution skills and excellent negotiation abilities, with the capacity to independently conduct business presentations and preliminary discussions.
- Open-minded with strong learning capabilities, keen interest in Web3, DeFi, and the crypto asset industry, and the ability to quickly grasp fundamental concepts of on-chain trading.
- Proficiency in English (or other languages) for business communication, along with resilience under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of the Crypto industry, or prior experience with DeFi products and on-chain wallets is a plus.
