Job Description

Position Title: Growth Operations Manager (Channel Advertising Focus)

We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Operations Manager to lead our overseas advertising campaigns and optimize customer acquisition strategies. This role requires a data-driven professional with expertise in performance marketing and channel optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, optimize, and analyze performance of mainstream overseas advertising channels to continuously improve customer acquisition efficiency and ROI
Drive traffic through social media platforms including X, Telegram, Reddit, YouTube and other external channels while exploring new customer acquisition opportunities
Implement SEO/GEO strategies through keyword optimization, content creation, and external media placement to enhance brand visibility in search engines and AI-powered search/generative search platforms
Monitor and optimize the complete conversion funnel from click-through to registration, deposit, and transaction, continuously improving landing pages and user conversion paths
Conduct advertising data tracking and attribution analysis to optimize customer acquisition costs and overall conversion performance
Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to identify high-performing creatives and messaging
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product development and user experience

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing or User Acquisition for overseas markets
Hands-on experience with overseas advertising campaigns, capable of independently setting up, optimizing and analyzing campaign performance
Proficiency in at least two mainstream overseas advertising channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads, Native/Programmatic advertising
Strong data analysis skills to identify issues in creatives, channels and conversion funnels, and propose optimization solutions
Understanding of SEO fundamentals and knowledge of GEO/AI Search Optimization to enhance brand exposure in AI search and Q&A scenarios through content and external placement
Professional working proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in growth marketing for Crypto/Fintech platforms
Familiarity with attribution and data analysis tools like AppsFlyer, GA4
Experience in social media management, content distribution, PR or external traffic acquisition
Practical experience with AI search/GEO optimization for platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overview
