Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in exchange business development, candidates with existing resources preferred.
- Proven skills in client development/maintenance with strong market insight and negotiation abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with strong motivation to achieve high-performance targets and bonuses.
- Excellent Chinese communication skills (written & spoken) for effective team and client interactions.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives in a remote environment.
