Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining core data indicator systems for our business operations, ensuring smooth data monitoring and timely anomaly detection.
- Establish and maintain core data indicator systems for operational business, monitor daily data fluctuations, promptly identify anomalies, and investigate root causes
- Generate regular business data reports that clearly present operational status, KPI completion rates, and development trends
- Conduct specialized data analysis for various business scenarios including user operations, campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, and user retention, providing actionable optimization recommendations
- Collaborate with operational teams to develop and implement data-driven business strategies, track data effectiveness, and continuously optimize approaches to promote healthy business growth
- Assist in improving data collection and tracking processes to ensure data accuracy and resolve business-related data issues
- Develop automated reporting tools and dashboards to improve operational efficiency and decision-making processes
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to provide insights for business strategy formulation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time accredited university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational data analysis, preferably in internet companies
- Proven experience working in established internet companies (traditional big tech firms)
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
