Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Country Manager with a strong background in payment channels and fintech to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in establishing strategic partnerships, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative products. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with payment institutions, electronic money institutions (EMIs), and financial institutions.
- Business Development: Drive initiatives to expand the company’s network and market presence, conduct market research, and manage payment channel systems.
- API Integration & Aggregation: Oversee API integration for financial services, ensuring seamless service delivery and efficient operation of channel nodes.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in banking, fintech, and other relevant sectors.
- Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to drive revenue growth through innovative business models and additional revenue streams.
- Marketing and Community Building: Execute strategic marketing plans to build brand awareness and drive user growth.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in payment channels, fintech, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation and strategic partnership-building skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
- Deep understanding of the fintech landscape and market trends.
- Experience in business development, revenue growth strategies, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for channel operations.
