Key Responsibilities

• Identify and Seek Strategic Partners: Establish partnerships with enterprises, institutions, and influential individuals in the cryptocurrency and blockchain field to enhance platform offerings and expand influence.
• Customer Expansion and Maintenance: Develop strategies to attract new users while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Drive Trading Volume and Revenue Growth: Implement effective sales strategies to boost trading activity and revenue, collaborating with the team to achieve expansion goals.
• Platform Promotion: Work with the team to highlight the platform's unique features through marketing campaigns, webinars, and other promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
• Report and Analysis: Generate regular reports on business activities, KPIs, and market trends, using data insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of the cryptocurrency market to identify trends and opportunities, staying updated through industry events and competitor monitoring.
• Customer Communication and Feedback: Act as a liaison between users and internal teams, gathering feedback to improve services and address concerns, while supporting product development efforts.
