Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our ad sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving ad sales growth by building strategic relationships with regional brands, advertisers, and agencies. You will play a key role in developing customized advertising campaigns and identifying new opportunities to expand our accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow ad sales by developing strategic relationships with regional brands, advertisers, and agencies
- Adapt to changes in clients' needs and market demands to optimize sales strategies
- Sell and manage advertising inventory across website and mobile in-app platforms
- Negotiate and develop customized advertising campaigns based on client requirements
- Assist in creating new ad units/placements and identifying account growth opportunities
- Support market research and analysis of competitor trends and investment drivers
- Assist in preparing business plans, sales pitches, and presentations for prospects
- Source new business opportunities and develop client acquisition strategies
- Manage all stages of the sales lifecycle from deal sourcing to execution
- Maintain up-to-date marketplace information on ad placements and pricing packages
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships through excellent service
- Track client feedback and provide improvement suggestions
- Prepare and submit accurate activity and results reports to clients
- Maintain CRM system with updated client communications and database
- Coordinate with internal/external teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Work towards exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in ad sales or digital media sales
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
