Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with other designers and developers to ensure products are delivered as designed and meets user expectations and goals
• Identify problems and create user-centered design solutions while considering technical constraints and business objectives
• Conduct UX research to shape product requirements and effectively communicate findings through clear documentation
• Develop UX design solutions including wireframes, user flows, storyboards, prototypes, and low to high fidelity mockups based on research insights
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve product quality
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and methodologies
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with user research methods and usability testing
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Understanding of responsive design principles
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
